Very funky yet simple, classic but modern. 
 

Hope it makes a comeback. 

Check On It was my dad’s ringtone back in the day because he thought it was such a good song. (This was a fifty year old white man, by the way).

Never liked Crazy, but other than that, 2006 was a solid year. I'd love to see one for 2007 and 2008.

A year of HITS 

2006 was easily the best year for mainstream music in my lifetime. It brings me back to my first year of high school. Everyone of those hits did something to me.

I remember these songs playing on the radio on the way to the mall with my mom and sister. The only songs Gen z is gonna remember are As It Was and Stay lmao

2004-2008 was truly the most iconic maistream run in recent times.

 

Then generic electropop happened.
