Gaga’s is better and personally I’d say bigger too. does anyone stream Skyfall anymore? I genuinely don’t know.

Skyfall is bigger for sure.

I lowkey prefer Skyfall too, but ARUTW is an amazing song too.

the non single that’s managing to outstream & outview the GG Grammy & Oscar winning single

I mean...Shallow and Skyfall would have made more sense.

But ARUTW is better for sure. I think it might as well eclipse Skyfall in the long run considering the big gap in streams. Skyfall was released when digital sales were still strong.

This!

Daily streams

ARUTW: 450k

Skyfall: 260k

Total streams (Spotify+YouTube)

ARUTW: 826M + 404M = 1.23B

Skyfall:  313M + 503M  =  816M

ARUTW both bigger and better.

but Shallow is big big, it clearly stomped Skyfall in commercial success wise

it is like one of the biggest female ballads in recent years

I would compare it to Hello/Easy On Me

skyfall: 2012 song, released before spotify

skyfall: 503m views, lyric video

ARUTW is way better, Skyfall is bigger only because Gaga's team is dumb and can't see a smash even if it's right in front of them

Ok? It was also a full-fledged single that peaked in the top 10, ARUTW wasn't even a single.

OT: ARUTW for both.

People saying ARUTW is outstreaming, well duh! One is from the streaming era and the other not :toofunny3:

Anyway, I like Skyfall better, as for which one is bigger, it's hard to tell since ARUTW wasn't a single out of 5 countries.

Skyfall:

Digital sales - 7.13M

YouTube - 535M

Spotify - 313M

ARUTW:

Digital sales - 0.8M

YouTube - 559M

Spotify - 826M

If we include all streaming services, they are probably even in terms of units. Based on these numbers, Skyfall is biger but ARUTW is doing way more daily views and streams.

I like Skyfall, but ARUTW stomps in terms of quality and will probably be bigger down the line. It really struck a chord with audiences.
