The stupidity in here... First you should look at the fact that the US isn´t Gaga´s strongest market. Her 2025 single "Abracadabra" went #1 in some countries. Second, it has nothing to do with demand, otherwise her solo singles wouldn´t outstream some #1 singles. Third, Gaga had 3 #1 singles in the US since 2011. One is the most awarded song of all time and the other will probably end as ones of the biggest songs of all time. No one cares about solo.

Well, my point still stands. It´s not Gaga´s fault that her singles are that huge that they overshadow her albums sometimes. The Fame is also carried by its singles and the streams are not equally split on the album. Is that bad for her?

It currently feels like Gaga is doing what she loves the most (performing and acting) while working closely with her husband and having fully control over her life/era. She can totally be herself while recieving love in every show. That´s the ideal situation for a superstar. In my opinion she is the only one from the MPGs who has that, that´s why it is so easy for her to give us this era.

Is that a bad thing? Singles are meant to boost the parent album. The Fame charts thanks to its timeless classics. That´s the best thing you can get as an artist.

There are different reasons: 1. She has a new album -> fans support that more than her old stuff currently 2. It´s a Sunday update 3. An album will age well, when it´s important for pop culture, has great songs and cannot be replaced (for example BTW). Midnights does not stand out in my opinion.
