The female artist with the most 1 billion streamed songs is not a frontloaded fad

There's nothing organic and natural about Dua Lipa. People don't have any genuine interest in her, that's why she has no #1 album and only sees success after a lot of strategies. Take the insane playlisting, the infinite single releases and the countless collabs, nothing remains. 

for each song she has to buy up airplay and playlists for an extended period of time before the gp is indoctrinated into playing the song that they've been overexposed to

Yet she is able to headline a tour around the World. Something that isn't common as some have to take a step back and become a support act again.

These are not even her songs, they come from Calvin Harris and Meghan The Stallion. 

Also, Dua Lipa has never ever smashed immediately. Her own songs always take some time to become big hits.

People are too busy attending her sold out solo arena/stadiums out world tour to stream her music. They will catch up.

Dua doesn’t need first day payola’d fanbase inflated numbers like your fave Taylor. Her songs grow organically on streaming

 

the payola hasn't fully kicked in yet
