This Hell is not good at all. I'm so disappointed. Sounds like some reheated 2011 Gaga ****. It will do absolutely nothing for her career.

Yeah I’ve searched all over for it - no luck. I’m just going to wait for the official release.

Some mixed reactions but from the description… I’m probably going to love it.

um y’all lied again but should i be surprised? it’s a cute song but nowhere near anything on sawayama lol

The song is meh, far worse than anything on SAWAYAMA.

At least it's better than L*cid.

Woke up with the chorus stuck in my head. It so ******* catchy tbh

not feeling this... it's a cute song, but nothing stands out from it :katie:

Not a bad nor a good song… doesn’t feel like a lead single tbh.

Cherry deserved

This is on the same level of cringe as Marina's Purge the Poison but at least Purge the Poison's production was interesting

I'm reading it as the obvious single much like Commes Des Garcons (bottom tier of Sawayama)...Hold out for the **** This World, Who's Gonna Save You Now, Akasaka Sad, and Tokyo Love Hotel of the album

She has a long way to go before Stooping as low as marina - now come on, now.

I can't deny that this bops a bit, but in all honesty this is still yet another step back for her. She is easily coming with her worst project yet.

The Born This Way comparisons are super accurate to the point it feels reductive. The whole thing feels like a copy paste of BTW with nothing fresh to it, she really decided to strip herself of any artistry and just ride on the gays hype of being the new Gaga of the indie world. From the melodies, production, songwriting to super corny lyrics and repetitive biblical themes there is not a grain of originality. She is releasing a 2011 Gaga tribute album a decade later as if the former hasn't already aged years ago.

Rina is still very talented so even at her worst she's still slaying the competition, but I hope for the next era she will come with something more interesting. Unless she just loves the comparisons and will dive into it even further, cause I'm sure this era will bring her yet another horde of gays who were raised in the Gaga era, liddos will stan this album hard as probably a lot of them still dream of Gaga releasing exactly that.

Oh wow—

It could have been SO much better if we’d gotten a proper chorus… the drop kills it (exact same issue with Stupid Love).

Say it louder for the girls in the back. The song, while overhated to be fair, is beyond basic. The "drop" is absolutely abysmal and just another example of BloodyPoop's inadequacy.

This is... not good. :rip:  The structure is a mess and the lyrics are not it

How is the structure a mess? It's as prototypical pop as you can get .. critique the lyrics sure but damn :skull:

I guess I used the wrong word... the transition from verses to pre-chorus, chorus to second verses and the second pre-chorus to chorus is what I meant. It sounds pretty awkward to me
