Only a few reviews out so far but she seems to be landing in the “generally positive” area again

 

Thinking back to the EP and her debut, it seems like critics have always liked her but never quite loved her. I could see why the alt-pop sound of HIIAPL might not wow critics but this new album sounds like a classic imho, so I hope some better reviews roll out

Oh my gosh I got tickets, this will be my first album release concert

This album sounds so promising kind of upset about the generally positive reviews making a better record so far seems difficult

It‘s a great effort. Not sure about „I‘ve got a friend“‘s instrumental yet and Honey/Symphony are a bit weaker than the rest, but I enjoyed this a lot.

 

“Horses“ is still the best track here for me.

Fantastic album The first 8 tracks are perfection. I've Got a Friend to Different Kind of World is a noticeably weaker stretch of the album, but still good and enjoyable.

Just finished listening and this album was honestly perfection from start to finish. Honey is officially my favourite song of the year. ?

This is suuuper cute. Loving the 70's vibes here and there in a few of the tracks.

 

Also she's serving vocals!  

I like it, but I'm a little underwhelmed. Won't be spinning this as much as I did HIIAPL  I agree with what was said a few pages ago that it's a solid album all the way to Track 8 tho
