Literally the only ~annoying~ thing about it is the chants in the chorus. At its worst it’s an average tropical house pop song, which is better than 80% of what kpop produces these days  The hate was really overstated.

The battle for Japan for fourth gen is going to be so much more interesting than 3rd. Twice dominated by a huge margin, at least we will have Garam and friends vs IVE.  And JYP groups still do well there and I can see Aespa doing well too if they play their cards right.

I don't normally use rearranged versions but this is the version of M&M that I listen to. It didn't change much of the instrumental but changed the chants in the chorus and put the rap before the dance break.

Kep1er is doing better there than AESPA  It’ll definitely be IVE vs Le SSERAFIM vs KEP1ER in Japan

I think IVE will end up winning though in both markets and around the globe. The fact their digital single album managed to do 500k just on Hanteo. So a mini might just do 700k  I can’t imagine what a full album might do.
