It was def because of Mafia. Not Shy peaked in the t10 of Gaon even if it ended up having terrible longevity. After Mafia they couldn't even go top20. Further proof that any JYP-produced song is destined to be a flop

Not Shy is objectively bad, but it's FUN and quirky

 

Loco feels uninspired but the chorus and dance break beat drop are so catchy

 

Lastly, Tilapia is flopped girl crush and the song itself just has no redeeming qualities
