Well...the alleged victim didn’t have enough evidence. Case closed. Except the few Itzy antis no one cares about this at all. LSRF will always be associated to Garam. They aren’t the same.

•    ⁠It is claimed that there are multiple third parties/classmates who witnessed or are familiar with the various incidents and the School Committee meeting and can testify to the above.
•    ⁠Hybe/Source describes that Garam was harassed and bullied at school and in group chats and requested help from a teacher. And that rumors continue to be spread since her debut. Each rumor is listed and a counter-claim is provided.
•    ⁠They apologize for Garam's use of verbal insults against Eunseo during the photo incident and state Garam is reflecting on her immature actions during her first year of middle school.

Right? All that fanfiction from Hybe's side and yet they can't provide a single text message as a receipt while the victim has legal documents confiriming they were indeed bullied? Who do they think the judge will side with in the court? Are we really supposed to believe that the everybody at the School was biased against Garam and the School Violence Commitee went this hard over Garam for a single argument without punishing the victim over alleged molka?

 

Imagine the mess if the alleged victim was really the perpetrator all along and she hoodwinked the committee process into declaring miss garams as guilty of bullying

Both sides claim they have evidence. Nothing was posted except 3 lines of that leaked document days ago. 

maybe garam has something on BTS. what if she found v and jungkook’s tape and threatened to leak it if hybe kicks her out

Lia wasn't on trial so your comment is not relevant. JYP sued her accuser for defamation and lost because JYP was unable point out to the police any evidence that showed the accuser was lying about Lia bullying her.

 

That means Lia is not exonerated yet. If y'all wanna praise that, that's on you.

The police investigated and could not find any evidence that those allegations were untrue. So y'all need to stop using Garam's situation to shield her, she's not in the clear and damaged ITZY's image.

This. It’s also very clear that JYP is trying to build some anticipation for Itzy’s comeback in a classic YG style, which means hiatus. And if Lia’s case was that bad there would be probably an outburst of allegations by now like happened with Garam and Soojin, specially considering how big Itzy is in Korea.

since their debut Itzy has 2 comebacks. Nothing changed in 2021. 

These reports aren’t accurate and are just just assumptions from people who work in the industry. 

So I still don’t know why you’re trying to imply Lia has to do with Itzy activities when JYP is doing the same strategy since their debut.

And then it came back because JYP had enacted this really efficient system during their Suzy problems to fire off lawyer letters for whatever their fans would screenshot online.  So someone posts things about Lia, some contracted "minimum wage" cubicle lawyer fires off a letter, but instead of the net-rats scurrying back into the darkness, a fancy law firm letter comes back in return!  Oh, the surprise.

There’s literally posts from 2021 talking about Kim Garam debuting with Hybe soon talking about how she said sexual things about bts V and trashtalked Wonyoung and Sakura calling her a plastic monster and Hybe said these were false and they were caught lying AGAIN.

 

Beside that there’s tons of other screenshots of her harassing her schoolmates and cyber bullying them.

 

And on top of that, an official document proving that she indeed committed school violence and received the highest level of punishment.

 

What evidence does Hybe have?
