I would understand the meltdowns if her performance was being panned, but it's the opposite. She's gonna keep booking new roles and that's what matters. Regarding Harlequin, well it is what it is. Without the fan support, it won't debut higher on H200. It's kind of on us (mostly US monsters though). LG 7 is safe imo. Depends how much she campaign for it and how weak the other candidates are. I'd say Emilia Perez is a threat but they might have too many submissions in the supporting category to snatch 2. Plus, actresses really seem to like her but again, if movie underperforms, it will be solely reliant on how much some really think she should bring some star power to the ceremony. Emilia Perez had strong reviews out of Cannes but I've been seeing more mixed and negative reactions after it's NYFF premier so I'm curious to track this. A lot of people saying the songs are a mess. I think FAD being a sequel and musical will hurt it given that EP is also a musical and the more acclaimed and likely more successful sequel this year is Dune Part 2.
