Ya'll getting very weird with these '' Joaquin is so jealous of Gaga '' takes. Most likely what happened was that whatever focus group screening they had, there were critical comments regarding the lack of focus on Joker in the movie despite the movie called Joker (not Joker & Harley) and Todd made the call to cut down on Harley scenes to put the focus of the movie back on Joker himself, and ultimately that didn't pan out. Though this is just speculation.
