Joker 1 had mixed to panned critic reception and received universal acclaim to audiences  so I imagine we're in for more of the same here, with a few more incel feathers ruffled this time around 

When Gaga wins the Best Actress Oscar anyway.

Specifically because the fans of the first movie seem to dislike this one a lot, and we are aware that they were the primary factor in repeat viewings.

 

LG7 will be perfectly fine, though. She's loved by the general public, she's talented, and even in a mediocre movie, people can't stop talking about how great she is and how her talent is unique.

 

Also, "DWAS" is smashing. If the music connects, it will connect. "Joker" won't interfere with that, and I feel LG7 will be her most acclaimed album yet commercial success or not .

i saw predictions for it to open with 120-150M domestically on the first weekend so who knows

a china release would also boost it since they loved the 1st one who knows

my guess is 700M-900M maybe 1B
