MR is a song that has +600M streams and never saw 1% of the reach of another similar hits. Like, it's always so messy. Literally begging every time.

tbh i just think her label doesn’t wanna invest in her. maybe part of their deal she gets more creative freedom but they do less stuff, idk. i guess we will see if she pushes hard for this or not on her own. the next few weeks will be telling of that.

To be blatantly honest you have not a clue what goes on behind the scenes so your claim of "her team who doesn't hae a care in the world to make her playlisting (.....) blah blah" is just heresay. Take a breath and be patient and try not to get your inner go-to conniption fit get the better of your adult self.

Gaga is also at fault for not being chart hungry because she has just given up! And her yes men just go along with her 

She also has horrible placement on AM for what it’s worth. Not added to A-List Pop or Today’s Hits, and the playlists shes on (like Everyday Hits) she’s nowhere near the top tier.

Homegirl has one of the biggest songs OF ALL TIME on that platform, and she's still treated like she's Rina Sawayama or something.

Spotify is a business. They care about maximizing their brand value and revenue generation. Her team/label can only do so far as pitch the song. It's then up to the editors if they like the pitch and see hit potential and would want to put it based on the metrics they already have (song growth, listener conversion, ROI on playlists, tons of other factors)

 

It's not as black and white as "her useless team is not doing anything!!!" and "TTH = hit". This base needs more nuance.

No one is saying the movie won’t give it a boost. It’s a missed opportunity to not capitalize on that boost with more exposure.
