I hope the only difference between those versions will be the cover, in that case I'm gonna buy one I like the most (or two) and after some time I think I can buy one more, just to complete my collection. We have waited 4 long years for this. But I hope there will be only one version just like chromatica, no matter what the trends are. I think Gaga is very consistent with her releases and she wants to keep it clean, one cover for each album. Maybe one deluxe version could be the best solution, with 2 additional songs. 

The strong is struggling to get some footing in Europe. Interesting.

I'm not that surprised by the figures in France.

It's a market ultra-dominated by rap (40 out of 50 titles are rap songs in the France Spotify chart).

Shallow and ARUTW became hits thanks to the movie.

 

I have the impression that DWAS is mainly a track for the US market.

There's nothing attractive in the song or the visuals for the European market.

I think it will do good in EU too, it just needs some more time to catch on. The melody is too catchy, if radios give it a chance it will be fine.

Not sure how big it is compared to iTunes (I'm assuming the latter is way bigger) but it's still good she's climbing in this metric too. The only two songs ahead are Who by Jimin and A Bar Song by Shaboozy (and both are $0.69 compared to DWAS being $1.29).

Well that's not true because ROM flopped in France harder than SL and they eat up her ballads, HMH and Shallow's biggest country was France. I think with the song obviously appealing to USA and SEA it doesn't appeal to France - A Taylor Swift tea

Yeah I still remember that Gagavision episode where she was saying how much she hated the word "deluxe" so she went for a "special" edition instead. If anything I think we'll have one same cover for everything, with different vinyl pressings. Like Billie's HMHAS (and she's Interscope too so...)
