It's clear why it's hated on its own terms, but the fact that it followed ASIB and wasted her newfound favourability is perhaps what is most egregious about it to a lot of people.

The latter definitely. FW demo is top-notch and could've been one of her discog highlights. A TRUE LOST.

the production is immaculate tbh, as much dragging Fun Tonight gets, it could have worked as the transition from ASIB to Chromatica as the chorus sounds very Before I Cry
