The reasons are absolutely valid because she owns her makeup company and yet continued to post throughout the worst parts of the pandemic and social movement.  She literally has zero excuse, she wasn’t contractually obligated to promote her eyeshadows and lipsticks ffs.  Also, how is it that Lady Gaga can’t get out of promoting a watch or car during a pandemic?  Could she not give them the money back?  Postpone her posts for a few months?  Come up with a creative solution?  Do you really think Lambo and Tudor said “No Gaga if you don’t post a photo by the pool with our product THIS Tuesday, we will SUE you!!” ??  I’m not actually bitter over this, but I’m not going to pretend like she wasn’t at fault for abandoning an album shortly after release while following through with other ventures.  Y’all will make endless excuses to defend her from completely valid criticism.

If she is going to be apart of the shitty MCU she better at least be a main character and not a side hoe 

All her roles so far have been for adult movies/series. It would be nice to see her in a Disney movie. Maybe a biopic of Ursula or a remake of Bedknobs and Broomsticks playing the witch

But sis, this is exactly how it happens. I don't think they would've sued her, but contracts like what she would've signed with Tudor and whatever that Champagne company was, do have strict time frames by which the post must be made. Everything is planned out out for those things.

A role like Clea would've made sense if she wanted to get into the MCU world. Her popping up out of nowhere with a lead role and her own film would be weird.
