Watching The Monster Ball right now which is 1h54m, just 3-4 minutes shorter than what Gaga Chromatica Ball apparently is. TMB removed 95% of interlude footage/breaks, includes 4 minutes of the backstage/outdoors intro, and 4 minutes after the show/credits. I wonder how the new special will compare in terms of what is shown.

I'm guessing shorter intro/outro (or combine the latter with credits?), maybe editing down the interludes - usually I'd assume cutting them altogether but the trailer makes me hesitate

 

possibly cut down the piano banter since that segment is kinda long

It was HEAVY teasing even on her standards, so it was odd. I really think the "tik tok" was a hint at TikTok ban, not a clock.
