Gaga was huge 2009-2012 but she was also polarizing to an extent. ASIB-Chromatica-Love for Sale-Top Gun were a nice break, but we need to get ready to battle for our lives.

Oh, I started stanning Gaga in 2010 and believe me, Gaga was HATED. She was treated just one step above Paris Hilton or Heidi Montag by the straight, white, male GP, with the occasional reddit thread praising one of her acoustic performances.  

 

For some reason, I feel like the Howard Stern TEOG performance was when the opinion started to shift. Of course the late 2000s were very anti-pop because it was dominating the charts and it was still cool to laugh at pop music but yeah, they were especially harsh with Gaga

She's been beloved since the image rehab and ASIB, and I feel like she's afraid of losing that validation/love/respect ever since A*TP*P though. There's no doubt that she'll receive a lot of **** from certain categories of people this year but it won't be new for her.

GGD mods made a post where they (kinda?) made a post insinuating he was fine, basically saying he'll come back and that they won't have to use their backup forum in the future. Maybe it was just them being optimistic but idk

 

Regardless of personal opinions, whatever is happening with Kirill is concerning considering where in the world he lives. But I also find it hard to believe he has no one at home that would be privy to the fact he runs one of the largest Lady Gaga fanpages and wouldn't be able to update people online who are concerned of his whereabouts.

Somebody did in fact get in contact with his family and confirmed that for now he's safe.

 

I wonder if he got drafted and that's the reason for all the silence. There's a reason the people who know what's happening are choosing radio silence.
