She was also a bit overexposed so it didnt help. BTW was just too much and too weird and too blasphemous (that's what they thought, but it's not really the truth) for the GP. In fact, it already started with Alelandro (swallowing the rosemary beads) leading to BTW the song, but she was too powerful at the time and given the monstrous hype and momentum of The Fame / TFM, she still found great success with Alejandro and BTW, but once Judas was released, it's the final nail in the coffin. I still rememner vividly that the Judas did smash on iTunes out of the gate (it was sold out on iTunes ) but after like 1 or 2 days it started to freefall. I also remember that her team or her did leak a few snippets and pretended tjat some thieves did it, so they had the reason to kinda surprise release the song, so in fact, Judas wasnt released on the intended date. It was a total mess.
