She's allowed a certain number of touring shows per every vegas show but the number is abysmal. This is why the original TCB dates were so few, she probably renegotiated it between then and now though to allow the tour to expand. She also wasn't allowed to do shows in the western US under her original contract unless it was at MGM owned venues, which she ended up doing anyway.

 

tl;dr whatever the old terms were they're out the window anyway

Just watched her Superbowl performance and I completely forgot she only did 6 songs, one of those being Million Reasons 

Wish it was Paparazzi acoustic or TEOG, but at least it gave her a top 10 in the joanne era

Enigma checked all the boxes a vegas show is supposed to in spite of the fact that she threw it together in like 3 weeks. Most of the hate comes from people who didn't see it live.

Honestly I would’ve been fine with Gaga performing John Wayne AND Million Reasons and scrapping Telephone since Bey wasn’t there.

I did see it live and I was front row. 
 

I’ve seen Gaga live at every tour except JWT & Jazz and I was also at Swinefest. 
 

It was her worst show by a mile. It was still pretty good. 
 

It just felt like it was a very half assed attempt at a Storyline and the costuming was really bad. She looked like she hated half of her older hits.

 

The next time I saw her live was CBT and that was exceptional. A true superstar performance. 

 

Enigma needs to be binned. It felt rushed and inauthentic.

I think it was assumed that the jazz shows covered whatever remaining shows she had left in her contract, and it's possible that the pandemic essentially made the 9 shows that were cancelled in 2020 null and void under a force majeure clause. There were several artists whose had shows in Vegas that ended up getting cancelled and not rescheduled due to the pandemic. So far she has done 64 shows and the original contract was for 74, so it's possible that due to Covid those remaining ten shows don't need to be fulfilled and she is just starting again from her new contract.

a 10-show limited run of Enigma with the Chromatica singles and a bit of LG7 thrown in there would be cute, but she'll sell the shows out anyway so it's certainly not ammunition for her to put anything new out.

I am delighted to learn that she has the freedom to tour if she desires, rather than being confined to Las Vegas. 

A limited run at The Sphere would be perfect, imo. A brand new show after LG7 could totally work.
