I hope she stops smoking eventually because It shows when she belts and her tone is lower than usual. It's probably a coping mechanism in order to mourn Tony but

Tony wouldn't want her voice to diminish. 

 

This reminds me of Liza Minnelli, she's a smoker and it affected her voice gravely. If Gaga continues to smoke, she'll sound similar to how Liza sounded in her 40s.
