Also, a lot of the earlier "disco" songs really had a lot of swing/funk in them. She could really make something more matured out of it now, especially with her jazz cred. Gar, Mark, and BURNS could make it happen:

I feel like any other manager/PR person would strategize around this but... I don't have confidence in Bobby

I will say, the Richy thing is the biggest thing that hasn't sat right with me (even though I was fake af to him when I saw him in the club)

Yeah, especially since it didn’t happen with Chromatica coming a full year after the ASIB awards blitz. I still think the best strategy would be a really long promo campaign of Joker: Folie A Deux premiere at Venice into the Oscar season followed by LG7’s lead in Q1 2025 shortly after the wrap up of the JFAD campaign, but I also don’t have faith in Bobby.

Well if Joker 2 soundtrack is full of jazz covers, this of course won’t do big numbers, we surely can expect Cheek To Cheek type of streams but at least we’ll hear Gaga’s godly voice on beautiful tracks

Oh her next album, if it ever comes, will be a very steep commercial decline even from the frontloaded Chromatica.  That said, it's not like her fanbase is any use. Blood Mary was the "dark bawwwwp!!!" they've been screaming about but even Nicki Minaj stans would bought the 69 cent discounted single and made it go top 10 on the hot 100 for a week.

I sense the problem is lack of inspiration and drive. A good team could help with that, maybe.

Crazy how that happens when you work an intense job for 15 years straight  It's called burnout, and you don't get past it without taking an actual break which is good for her (and extremely needed).

At this point, it's pointless getting or staying mad for her music career decisions or approach, it is what it is, her priorities in the last years have clearly changed, she has became a lot more private with giving value to other aspects of her life as she claimed in one of the last interviews, her team has clearly became comfortable with that without pushing her brand to the max and once again people can't only blame it on Bobby, she has a label full of people + agencies as well in charge of her music career and promo, at the end of the day she is a multimillionaire with the possibilities and chances of doing everything she wants and if she doesn't care to be at the top at every costs like at the beginning of her career with continue releases like others, we shouldn't as well but accepting whatever approach is working for her.
