I think this is what they do at Epione it’s a laser treatment where they can sculpt your face and nose to make it look more defined but they don’t use fillers or surgery

Gaga hasn't had any permanent work done on her. During the beginning of last year she looked like her old self (she's also not wearing face tape which drastically changes her look at times). 

 

 

Her fillers these days are much better than when she had them done in 2016 and a star is born. 

 

 

this is a daily reminder that MR is her worst song ever created, in fact one of the most horrid singles in existence, lord helped the time when we had to suffer months of that nightmare. thank god for ASIB

I think a chin implant is the only permanent change she's had done, but over time fillers will change the skin envelope overall.

I personally enjoyed the Million Reasons era and don't see what was so insufferable about it aside from the music video. 

I wish Lil Uzi was around in 2012. Pre-ARTPOP Gar would’ve LOVED this song & Uzi would’ve more than welcomed her on a feature. It has the same J-Pop / Trap vibe of Partynasueous
