Yeah sure, too bad scenarios like that never applies to Gaga, which is the point of my post, not too long time ago she got a nomination for ARUTW in SOTY, yet they still went with the basic hit of that year.

Harry’s AOTY win is more out of place than Bonnie’s SOTY win. Anyway, it is all just another reminder that you can’t take the Grammys seriously. It’s just a fun distraction where the rich awards other rich people. Not even voters know the criteria for AOTY, SOTY and ROTY. They just vote based off of “vibes”. If the actual voters don’t take it seriously, we shouldn’t either

I do honestly think it’s a shame that the industry is designed give a lot of merit and strength to these bodies. Especially when there’s foul play - same for Fadscars

That was the point of my post basically, since there are people who claim that she needs better material for winning GFs, it really doesn't matter, it's basically a lottery at this point.

No, Gaga should not compromise the artistic integrity of a great song she released over a decade ago simply to get a higher peak on the H100 chart. That makes no sense.

Why would an EP compromise her artistic integrity?  More people would look up for her entire catalogue. This idea that promoting songs make artists desperate makes no sense

I guess that's the reason of why GP and especially new generations are always more careless about those.

I want better material for myself, not for some general field award. At this point, we should know she is not gonna win. Every time the odds are in her favor, the board snubs her or they simple give the award to someone else.
