Richy after being exposed as a physical, mental and sexual abuser

 

I’m actually sad about the Richy vs dancers drama. For so many to bail out and not be asked back its clear who’s the issue.

 

I know she gotta feel like sh*t being put into this awkward position. 

Not me waking up to Richy being a sexual assaulter  wth is going on

But we know now Gaga and the others in charge have been made aware of what's going on. It's now up to her to make the decision to fire him. If she doesn't, then you can go on with your blaming. Until then, nah.

I was apprehensive with a Ridley Scott movie because of his recent output and House of Gucci is what we got.

 

I want Gaga NOT to do that Amy biopic with the director's track record. And if she's going to method acting again with an accent of a real life person... Nope.

What I don’t understand is how Gaga take the notice of all of them being fired/not contacted to this tour. 
i mean, she must know that, because she has been rehearsing with all the new dancers. 
What I’m afraid of is that she’s so disconnected to her musical career that she didn’t even cared about all of her OG dance team leaving bc of richy.

Considering Richie is abusive and an *******, odds are he lied about why people weren't returning. I doubt he told her "they're not returning because I abused them and they don't like me". Like, how many times do y'all have to be told by these dancers that Gaga was great to them before you stop with these reaches? What does this have to do with being disconnected from her career? 

 

If Richie is indeed under contract, there's the possibility that she had to just accept it and move forward otherwise the tour would've been cancelled. Now that she has been made aware of what actually happened, she has to make a decision.

Maybe it was Richy himself who told Gaga that they’re not returning, who knows what she was told

The last time she performed with dancers was at the 2020 VMAs and before that it was SL/ROM music videos and Enigma in 2019 before the pandemic. It's not like she's been working with them over the last year/couple of months.

Exactly. These are her dancers, not her best friends. I don't get the assumption that she's in tune with everything they do. A popstar empire is ran very similar to any other business. Gaga as the CEO is not constantly checking in with the different departments. Richie runs the choreo department independently and is given authority over what happens because he's trusted to do the right thing. Now that it's been reported that he doesn't know what he's doing and is abusive, the CEO needs to step in and end it.

Which makes no sense to begin with, because everything about Chromatica was really well done. The photoshoots, the music videos (Stupid Love never happened), the VMAs performance.

 

People don't realize the climate in which the album released (pandemic + those things happening in the US) heavily impacted both the album rollout and Gaga personally. Honestly, the only thing I don't love about Chromatica is some of the production for some songs but it's still a very, very good record.

You do realise that they haven’t pulled out of the tour. Most of them, as confirmed in their videos, weren’t even contacted to begin with. There’s plenty of dancers out there that would do anything to join Gaga on such a huge stadium tour. 

 

And no, she doesn’t need to adress anything about this publicly because this is in no form her fan’s business. This is some bts type of **** that needs to be solved behind doors, not in front of the media and her fans. Get real

I don’t think that’s possible to fool gaga and her team that easily. 
If all her OG dance team is leaving, there must be conversations about it. 
dancers probably have relationship w/ Bobby or other people in gagas team and dancers must tell them what was going on. 
Also I don’t think gaga is that naive. If she walks in a room full of new dancers, and richy suddenly tell her that they’re all are gone because they want to, I don’t think she would buy that bs that easily. Especially her, that she had attachment with her dancers. 
Either way, if she continues to work with richy after SA allegations, that would be very problematic to her.

it was discussed simply because the SA allegation by Michael is from YEARS ago, it’s an old story and has nothing to do with this current situation. 
 

Richy is not in prison, Gaga is still working with him so either he did not press the charges against Richy or no one else did or maybe there was some kind of court proceedings that we don’t know off but since Richy is still in and Michael’s out, I assume there was some kind of a decision that was made and again, it was years ago.

But from what I understood Michael hasn't told her or someone close to her about the SA. I doubt he pressed charges. I don't know how some of these contracts work but something like this should be enough to get him suspended if she finds out now imo? Even if its an old story, he's just speaking about it now after staying silent for years and he didn't even want it to spread on Twitter.

it's very possible that gaga had no idea the truth as to what happened between Richy and the dancers, but she now needs to do the right thing
