Not at all. Those of us who were fans since 2008 have a soft spot for Michael Silas. He was in every performance of hers from March 2008 all the way to August 2011 at the VMAs. It makes sense that his problems with Richy go back to 2011. He left as soon as Richy became choreographer for Marry The Night.

The fact that its SA too... ****. I just hope Gaga's okay and isn't too triggered.

Some of you are simplifying sexual abuse to be just a "disagreement" or "creative differences." This is serious and should be dealt with ASAP. 

At the end of the day, she's the boss and she needs to end this. It all falls under her name.

This is such a stupid comparison. Ellen herself was rude and disrespectful towards her employees, whereas all of these dancers have said they love Gaga regardless of what happened.

Yes, they love someone who's been kind to them all the years they've worked together. Richy's misconduct is not Gaga's. However, if no action is done by Gaga then that's a story for another time.

But this is not comparable with Ellen at all.  Workers were dragging Ellen herself for being rude. Every single one of the dancers so far has sent her nothing but love and support and how grateful they were for working with her for +10 years. 

 

I do agree that Gaga at the end of the day is still the big boss and something needs to be done, but your post ain't it sis

Where did this come from?  First of all, at this stage, you can’t claim to say she’s ‘harboring abuse’ when this is likely as new to us as it is new to her. Y’all are weird.

I doubt he would be on stage, especially after these accusations. Even if he doesn't get fired immediately (suspended before full investigation perhaps) he will be put behind the scenes 100%.

He usually comes out, takes pics with fans, chats with them, etc. He will be hiding and scared for his life this time methinks.  He hasn't danced with her on JWT/Enigma iirc.

I wish he wouldn’t even be there in the first place. I don’t care how that will impact the tour, but it kind of sends a wrong message to have him there with all of these things surfacing about him.

Almost Home creating yet another thread about Gaga and all the dancers situation just for people to drag her. What an obsessed piece of ****, putting this amount of dedication over someone you hate is embarrassing, concerning and sick. 

While I think Gaga should be the boss she is and #fireRichy but she haven’t been working the dancer ever since the 2020 VMA, with other side hustles going on with her to say she “encouraging an abusive work environment” is just…

Because some are. They're using this as justification to finally get him out as they've been screaming about getting him fired for years.   I personally have defended Richie in the past but there's no longer any excuse to keep him around.
