Ddd right? As hit-or-miss as people like Freddie and Sarah are, they haven't done anything bad enough to be fired. No stories about them being bad people.

Also, she literally worked with new creatives for Chromatica; new, young people and the fans STILL complained about everything.

This has nothing to do with the Chrome ball. None of these dancers were ever going to be part of it. They didn't get fired six days before the show; they were replaced months ago.

Not me waking up to Michael accusing Richy of SA omg. And him not wanting to speak up because he loves Gags is really sad. And apparently he didn't even want the screenshots to be on Twitter.

They have to fire him (when they legally can if there's a contract). There is no way for her to continue working with him without her coming off as a hypocrite. The dancers have all made it clear this has nothing to do with Gaga because she's always been amazing to them, but now that she knows about all of this, she cannot move forward with him. 

Gaga needs to say something. She needs to practice what she always preaches  absolutely disgusting. That demon Richy will get what’s coming to him

The director is absolutely horrible though + I'm pretty sure I recall Amy's dad saying he wants a an unknown jewish girl from London to play the role.

 

I think Gaga/Amy have a lot of similarities and she would probably do a great job with it but I also think she's a bit old to play young Amy. Plus I feel like she should avoid doing another accent so soon again dd

Gaga isn't going to publicly say anything because there's no need to. This isn't a huge, public issue. She should reach out to each of these dancers and talk to them privately, which they will probably then confirm, and fire Richie. She can, if she wants, put out a vague post about how she values her team and wants to foster a good environment. He just needs to go.

Agreed. There's definitely a contractual agreement between them that cannot be broken easily without a lawsuit, but the new SA accusation is very messy and I think it's enough to get his ass suspended.

 

At least Kevin basically said that they Gaga know and hope that the whole environment changes, but Michael hasn't told anyone and the way its spreading on Twitter is bad imo.

Oh absolutely but if this becomes a larger issue then something must be said public. But after any contracts are up she needs to drop him. It’s long overdue. She must know that her hardcore fans would be looking out for the veteran dancers and find it odd that they aren’t there

I think it’s possible she will end her working relationship with him after the chromatica ball but fans expecting Gaga to never speak to him after are being delusional. Whether we like it or not, she’s been close with him since Just Dance. The most realistic scenario will definitely be “We should part ways artistically and creatively but we will still be in contact”. It’s really not as simple as some of you are making it out to be. This is someone that Gaga cares and loves for. Cynthia is also close with Richy. You guys can’t expect Gaga to unlove Richy. I’m sure she’s very disappointed and upset with his actions but I doubt she will end their friendship after 15 years. The best option is for her to just terminate their artistic relationship together.

I just read the Michael DMs  So sorry for him. This has been happening for such a long time, though! I don't understand how adults (Gaga and her dancers) haven't discussed this before? 

 

Also, for the people saying we can't expect Gaga to unlove Richy... She's pushing 40. I would be disappointed if a grown up woman can't cut people off her life.

 

Anyway, his choreographies alone would be enough to fire him. If I see that Sour Candy "dance" on stage...

Not some of you believing she’s gonna cancel the tour 5 days before showtime just because some of her old dancers that had no input in this tour and weren’t a part of it from the first place are beefing with her creative director or whatever Squirell is and decided not to join in this time.  

 

You do realise that they haven’t pulled out of the tour. Most of them, as confirmed in their videos, weren’t even contacted to begin with. There’s plenty of dancers out there that would do anything to join Gaga on such a huge stadium tour. 

 

And no, she doesn’t need to adress anything about this publicly because this is in no form her fan’s business. This is some bts type of **** that needs to be solved behind doors, not in front of the media and her fans. Get real

Michael said that he stayed silent about it for years out of love for her. I don't understand why the others didn't expose his ass and told her but Kevin said those who have the power to make a change have been informed so lets stay perched and he's gone asap.
