Idk how I feel about it either because it would kinda be the first time that she's following trends rather than doing her own thing.. and I just know everyone is gonna accuse her of copying Raye (if the rumors are true, and I'm kinda inclined to believe them based on the PR surrounding her since the tour has started)

I'm fine with her moving more towards the Love Again/RO sound of things. I think that would be a natural progression away from dancepop 

 

Maybe even some Amy inspired music since she's working with Mark a lot

We were so fed the last two era's that I genuinely miss antipating any kind of new music  I still play her discography daily but Handlebars didn't really fill any void for me. 

I still think about the tour daily as well  it was the most fun I had this year. going to different countries, meeting people, the London pop-up. 

It's very obvious that Dua is inspired by Olivia Dean and has been for years and it makes me think that it's rooted in lyricism. Cause I'm pretty sure that's what Mark's been going around talking about.

They must've gotten the audition call being like "there's this European flop that's been trying to break the US for 2 years now Dualupa or something, anyway it's a 2 day shoot by the pool are you up for it?" and now it's at 3B views
