  • I was really not a fan of her performance last night. It felt very similar to her Olympics and SNL performances, which were also underwhelming.   Like I understand that BOAF was the nominee,

Ahhh have so much fun! I was at her Philly show last year too, such a great experience!!

I wonder if she will post the yearly Vanity Fair interview this year. I feel like it's not worth holding them just to try and get views, since at this point it's gonna keep decreasing regardless.

Thank you so much besties!

The concert was genuinely amazing. It was so beautiful to experience Billie's music live for the first time... many of her songs have been so personal to me for years and it felt insane to experience them live with 20k other people screaming every lyric.

Billie DEFINITELY has one of the loudest and most passionate fanbases ever. It was lowkey the loudest audience I've ever witnessed. I was actually gagged at how much everyone knew every lyric of every song, including her so-called "flops" like Oxytocin :keir: Every song felt like a classic and the concert overall felt like a communal experience.

Each song hit hard in its own unique way, bringing me back to different memories and emotions. Hearing HTE live took me back to 2021 and got me emotional. When The Party's Over was stunning. The Greatest, Wildflower, Skinny, Your Power, and WWIMF were stunning. Chihiro was also an amazing intro that immediately got everyone up. Oxytocin -> Guess was such a fun moment in the setlist. L'Amour De Ma Vie with the extended Over Now was also a MAJOR highlight, Over Now was soooo cathartic omg.

Seeing Billie live also kinda made me realize how true "Hard And Soft" applies to her entire brand identity. The way she effortlessly transitioned from horror visuals and intense bassy bops like Bury A Friend to the most vulnerable angelic heartbreaking ballads like WWIMF, and it didn't feel jarring, it just felt like Billie.

Most of all this thoroughly solidified the impact and quality of Billie's discography for me. She is truly a generational artist whose music will last forever, she legit already has a solid catalog of CLASSICS and she's only 23. She's incredible and I'm so happy I finally got to see her live  10/10

17 months without any new music from Billie (14 with Guess remix) feels like an eternity, I miss her so bad 😭

What do you guys predict/hope for the next project in termes of genre: still an overall alt-pop sound, more exploration of rock, electronic music, R&B, jazz? She can do anything.

I feel like the most natural progression, as she's been using more and more organic instruments and opening up her vocal delivery, would be to further expand on the rock sound. She could make an album drawing from different subgenres of rock (pop rock, alternative rock, soft rock, grunge, new wave) that have an underlying influence on HMHAS (Lunch, BOAF, Wildflower, The Greatest, even a little on BLUE) mixed with a few folk songs as a continuation of Guitar Songs and some parts of HTE.

She could also take a more electronic direction following Chihiro, the beginning of Bittersuite, Over Now and Guess. Such a project could include some dream pop / art pop or on the contrary more upbeat synth pop / house / dance pop.

However I wouldn't be surprised if she tries R&B next time as it's a genre she seems to love but hasn't tried a lot, also it would make a clear difference with her previous projects.

But overall I think the most likely option is that she will stick to an overall alt-pop album blending different genres together like she did with her 3 first albums.

I saw her when she headlined Coachella and yeah her stage presence and aura are 10/10. The 80k+ people screaming her lyrics. It was so high energy. Glad you got to experience a true show of hers :clap3:

I was in section 217 :jonny5:I thought it was a good view, she really tore. The Bittersuite through Everything I Wanted part was insane for me, her stage presence is incredible. Did you see the two people dressed as Ilo and Milo, I thought that was so cool :jonny2:

Omg yesss, that was so cute :smitten: I was gagged when ilomilo came on, that's been my favorite song on WWAFA for years and I love that she still treats it so well.

The set list was actually SO stellar and filled with so many of her best songs, I'm already sad for the day she has to remove some of these classics to make room for new songs etc :weeps:

I'm predicting more pop leaning sounds like BOAF if anything, given how successful it was.

at the same time she's stated she's just gonna do whatever tf she wants, which is expected as per usual and as she should tbh :WAP:

Prediction is #48 (+2) with no points change, I kinda hope it keeps going just to see the crying in the comments. It's been gaining radio again and US streams have been very stable too, even went up a little again the past week. I don't see why it shouldn't be there

She has been stanning Blade Bird dowwwwwnnnnn so I'm hoping an OKLOU collab will be a reality in the near future

And we need Wildflower to be number one and soon.

In which Billie is named "Music Innovator of the Year". Get your popcorn ready because you can be damn sure #they will be fuming 😈

I want her to lean into Chihiro sound more
