Oh wow, I really thought it would be available at midnight here in europe. I planned on listening to it right away. If it's really at 8/9 am I have to wait until I get out of work  ? 

It will already be in shops in Australia so I think you are wrong about the time. 

Could someone please post that TikTok that talk about the fact that BMS doesn't actually sample Robin S.'s song ? I can't find it. Thanks. 

I doubt she’s dropping the album at 3am. Even some casual fans will wait up until midnight for it. 
 

Or if the countdown is real - which I haven’t seen - shopbeyonce is based in LA and accidentally toggled PST

For what it's worth, after announcing their financials yesterday Netflix seem to be announcing new projects left and right. The Mo'Nique one, Bridgerton season 3 production tea etc. Possibly Bey next?

 

As said before, anytime from now to Monday (week of release) would make a Netflix drop possible. They do not do surprise drops at all. 

 

So, regardless of whether you're on the side of "Team Bey Has It Together" or those in meltdown mode, we'll (at the very least) have better insights into what's coming (or not) for July 29 in the next few days.

Its either gonna be crickets or we get tangible new info/content.

Lol. I mean specifically in the context of this "visual album" we're all anticipating. 

 

If we have no trailer by Monday (max), then I'll go out on a limb and say there will be no longform visual with the album. At least not on Netflix (which would totally uproot everything we think we've known about Bey's setup for the last few years. As we know of the two additional projects she's supposed to have with them).

 

That or it's coming after the album -- something I'd definitely have to jump ship to the stans dragging ha. As that just doesn't work in terms of selling music (see: TG/BIK).

 

Because of that, the exciting (but equally jarring) part of this waiting game is that a trailer drop could/should literally be imminent.

…just like we had to adjust our expectations on promotion, we might need to adjust them on the visuals as well.
