I hope so!! So many of her songs deserve more attention and I lowkey love the long game being played. At the end of the day it doesn't matter so much because the first priority is her delivering quality stuff which we as fans get to enjoy, but it is nice to see wider appreciation! Still hopelessly praying Tyrant smashes outta nowhere.

So I've been watching a lot of TikTok videos theorizing the narrative of the visuals (or "Echoville") and I think I have the plot for all 3 acts figured out.

 

So CC = Act I. Beyoncé plays two characters - a struggling Country singer in the late 1800s/early 1900s that gives no fucks, is a cowgirl and will shoot you dead in your **** if you mess with her. She becomes pretty popular and she's also political, and this threatens the yt American people. 

 

So they clone her and this is the green/blue eyed Beyoncé with platinum hair and noticeably paler skin we see in the tour visuals. She is the more light-skinned, palatable, yt-adjacent clone of Bey. Think Elvis, "Blue-Eyed Soul" or the original Carter family in country who Shaboozey just exposed at the AMAs, who had an uncredited Black man writing all their songs for them.

 

Clones are also a concept in David Lynch's Twin Peaks which she has been referencing. I see the show as a parody or satire of regional American towns, and I could see the film following Lynch's vision.

 

A lot of people think blue-eyed Bey and the red cowboys are aliens. I think they may just represent yt America coming after Black country/rock n roll artists to erase them from music and cultural history. Not sure.

 

Now, I think the abduction that takes place at the end of Amen - into Alien Superstar is when the REAL Cowboy Carter is picked up to the sky in her red house (or her Black Lodge ala Twin Peaks). Think Dorothy's house in the tornado, transitioning her from Earth to Oz. This leads us to Renaissance. As far as the red cowboys and Blue eyed Bey (maybe she signifies Jolene? Blue eyed Bey also wears red hair - "Flaming locks of auburn hair"?), the REAL Cowboy Carter has successfuly been ERASED from America and their mission is complete.

 

What they don't realize is time and history is written in the stars and Black people are very connected to spirituality/astrology and to history itself as the first race of people to walk the Earth - she shared this message with us in Black Is King. When CC gets abducted into space she has a time with the aliens who remind her who she is as a Black creative and this is why the lyrics on Renny album are so confident because the aliens are protecting her from the red cowboys who were trying to take her out on Earth. The aliens lift her up and let her know she could never be replaced - she's one of one, she's number one, the only! Alien superstar!

 

In Act III I feel she will come back to modern day Earth (still young as when people travel in space a lot of time passes but they don't age) as Betty Black, an anarchist punk rock star who makes MAGA seethe. It will be a rock album as rock is adjacent to country but a more modern offshoot of it. I think her hair will be black for Act III - her hair will get darker across the acts as Act I CC she is platinum blonde, then Act II Renny she was honey blonde (her signature), then Act III BB she will have black hair.

Also I think CC and Jolene will have a fight during the song, Jolene as Jolene will try steal CC's man, but I think Daughter could signify that Jolene is winning. 

 

Btw she looks absolutely terrifying with those coloured contacts That's why I feel like she has to be playing some sort of villain rather than wearing them cos she thinks it's a cute look. I saw people saying "she's trying to be white", and I think that's exactly the point - she's using whiteface to show how the CMAs made her feel like she'd only be accepted into the genre if she was white.

Wait maybe Jolene/Blue Eyes is an alien and the UFO abducted the real Cowboy Carter rather than her clone. Maybe in Act III, CC comes back to Earth to kill Jolene once and for all.
