I actually haven't listened to BMS for the last couple of days in order to not get super tired of it and starve myself a bit so that it can get new life when the video comes

 

But since it doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon let me just go back to bopping

To be fair, I've never cared for Ivy Park lol, never cared for the drops or the clothing. I've never gotten into musician clothing brands and other ventures, I just care about the music. Always have.

 

But yeah, the album dropping on the 29th of this month is starting to feel sort of like a non-event. She hasn't done anything to build hype since dropping BMS, and even now it's just radio carrying it. The Instagram posts aren't doing exceptionally great in the likes department either.

I'm interested in seeing how she moves forward with IG. Its really not for photos anymore and ESPECIALLY not for single photo posts. She should be putting her photos in carousels or doing Reels. She's not immune to the algorithm or the changes.

 

She used to be an Instagram force but if they stubbornly refuse to adapt she'll get left behind like she did on streaming for so long.

This isn’t news. She had a visual album for a side project. It’s given that she would do the same for a studio album.

Where does it say that? We don’t even know if the visual is coming right before the album or a week or months later. It could be BMS on the album week and then nothing for a while.
