BDay, questionable lead and follow up, as someone said Irreplaceable was always going to be that girl. BL did it’s job. Listen was a nice promo. 

IASF, great singles but too close together. Hated the dual single idea. They sorted themselves out though. Ego, BHG were a waste of film. 

4, LOT deserved better, RTW  was a statement and only worked as a lead, LOT deserved BTINH’s budget and summer release. Party was a waste of film, also Countdown was right there too. 

ST, DIL was a bop, Partition and Mine deserved to be pushed more especially with those gorgeous videos. Flawless is a meme song plus hate Nicki so it can choke. Blow had potential as well. She dropped the era too soon. 

 

Lemonade, Formation was a statement and a bop, great choice. Sorry can go choke like Ego and BTINH, hate that song, no wonder she lost AOTY. Justice for 6 Inch and All Night.

Why the Lemonade part took me out. 

But wait I do agree with most of this. 

mmhh Party was a great single. It flopping on the charts does not erase that. 
 

btw it’s a club staple here in South A. Everyone enjoys it and sings out loud whenever it’s played (and it’s played A LOT)

Party is such a feel good song, it deserved WAY better

Most of her albums give summer vibes. Besides ST and Lemonade.

Wooo I need to listen to 4 again.  It's an amazing album (first album that I bought using my own money). IASF sounds dated; DIL feels too classic to me; Lem and ST feels too dark; Bday is so uptempo; 4 had a great balance between ballads, pop and party jam summery vibe.

Apparently her team was shooting in Hollywood again today, I can't find the tweet but it was on the same studio grounds Julius was seen last month. Maybe this time it is for music indeed also there were 5 custom made wigs flown out to her team as well.

I’m mad at myself for sleeping on 4 back then. Prob cause I was obsessed with B’Day more than 4 and IASF. I didn’t appreciate it til the Revel residency.

ya it's definitely not her best, BUT, there's something so beautifully cheesy about it that makes it into the perfect kind of "guilty pleasure" song. It's like, almost cheap, even, but in a junk food kind of way. And I think I even prefer the Beyoncé feat. Sasha Spanglish version because it ups that camp factor.
