Her live (denim on denim) verse was stuck in my head for an entire week. I was in a chokehold… I still don't LOVE the song tho. Its ok.

That levi ad was giving very last minute. It wasn't good at all - when it should have been epic. It didn't do justice to the song, to the jeans, to the classic look and feel, nor to the brand that is Beyoncé. Such a wasted opportunity. No part 2 in forever just shows it was a late idea and not something properly envisioned. Such a wasted chance tbh. The "original" iconic ads they were recreating was already not the best idea imo. It is hard to make something like that work. Compare it to Sir Davis branding, etc. - you can tell she didn't come to play. 

 

When is the last time we have had anything in terms of visuals from B? The Halloween video? Levis ad? I'm lowkey getting nervous with her

The LA Fires gave her enough time and a plausible excuse to go back and rework whatever she was planning to release and she's taking advantage of the time. Best hope is she'll be ready to announce immediately after winning at the Grammies, if she's ready by then.

idr if I ever mentioned it on here, but I had to leave the OTR II tour during the first quarter of the show bc my mom called and told me my brother ended his life  Bonnie and Clyde was being performed. That song haunts me to this day.

NOBODY rocked baggy low rises like she back then. Her body was always tea. 

Gaga released her Elle cover + interview. The Weekend is releasing on Friday. Grammys on Sunday with Gaga single and video coming. Superbowl next week. 

 

It'll have to be the same day as someone else's announcement, event or release, enough with the charity.
