Chile, the way no one should be trusted after Kamala-gate lol. I'm half-joking, but half-not. The silent majority (of haters) are a scary bunch. And that extends to the Grammy folk, who have shown their hand many times.

 

Plus, this coming on Christmas Day means it will only benefit last-minute voting.

 

The upside is that the "announcement" reheats interest around the album now. Hopefully Netflix go all out with the promo.

Her knocking this out of the park (which she will) will only make them look crazier if she loses again. 

 

They've been playing in her face constantly and she has been allowing it. But, that said, I do think there is an upper limit. Either in terms of her finally stopping submitting + showing up or there being a "Grammy So White" backlash to the extent the Oscars and Globes had a while back. 

This could be as exciting as an epic Cowboy Carter medley followed by a tour announcement, Act iii announcement, or dropping something on Netflix like the Renaissance tour.

 

OR she could just sing some Christmas songs + Halo and then go get her drinks for the rest of the game and we'll not hear from her again until the Grammys.

Hopefully we can take it as a sign that the visuals are indeed coming and they must be connected for her to use the Rennie car in CC promo.
 

I mean her using the gun-microphone for both eras already kinda told us that but this just reaffirms it.

I've been waiting for a Cowboy Carter tour announcement but if she actually does it and it's called Been Country then act iii it's not coming until the end of it, so I don't think that's what's gonna happen since she already teased act iii.

Bey is no stranger to dropping an album mid-tour so I wouldn't count anything out tbh lol

It's not that. The official statement said it's CC songs 

yeah, they announced it as a CC performance.  It probably serves many purposes.  A GRAMMY showcase, promotion for her album, probably promotion for her tour, and who knows what else.  She always uses big platforms to push things.

I bought a ticket, not this being the second time I'm unexpectedly seeing her this year after she gave me blue balls at the Flopala rally. Merry Christmas to me, a very merry one. 

If she has a song for Mufasa and repeats what she did for Lion King she should have the song out a week before the movie, which is when Grammy voting starts. I see you Bey.
