this can't be pre-recorded it's an halftime show.. she'll be in that stadium. Those who live near should get their tickets while they still can!

Call me crazy, but I'd actually be here for an Oscar's Be Alive type thing. I get slight anxiety when Bey performs in non-concert spaces (there's a weird bloodlust people have for her to fail) so I understand the/her need for "perfection" and pre-recording gifts her that assurance.

 

The only reason I think it really will be live is the whole stadium + hometown thing. I can't really conceive a scenario where she'd pre-record after hyping up the hometown element and the fact people in the stadium will be expecting to see her there in the flesh. 

 

I could see them part-taping it and the performance concluding with something live to incorporate the audience. To us watching at home, it will make no difference.

 

Similarly, I can see her simply performing on a time-delay. She performed an hour before in realtime" but it airs "live" during Halftime. Leaving enough time to cut anything that *potentially* goes awry. To be a fly on the wall when it comes to the technical aspect of it all would be everything.

It's going to be interesting what choices she makes for this halftime show as they will signal what kind of direction she's taking the tour.

omg I am terrified about getting tickets for the tour  especially if the dates are more limited than RWT.

I think she should def just do straight up Live, BUT I think something Pre-recorded will allow for more freedom and maybe some effects too. But actually being there Live will create such a moment tbh. Like I think she needs to BE THERE because I just know everyone is gonna lose their sh*t.

 

I think she's gonna create a moment like no other live. Like homecoming basically, cause we all know her live performance game has only leveled up since then. After witnessing The Renaissance World Tour, I can only IMAGINE wtf she's gonna do!
