Crazy in Love is the best collaboration. 

Everything about the song is perfect. All the R&B/rap collabs from the early 2000s were all soft in melody and had chimes and soft synths like lullabies 

 

Then, Crazy in Love came and turned the industry upside down with its horns. I remember listening to it for the first time in shock.  I'd never heard anything like it and couldn't wait to hear it again.
