The song is great tbh. I guess some sources are reliable, people were saying more than a year that they had done a song. It was just not for Renaissance but for his album.

I LOVE the song his whole album was good I can’t even lie, it’s very different from what I expected from him and the production is top notch.

The cover is featured in the tour. She is reading that newspaper and the headline says "AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM" there are also tons of other renaissance easter eggs on the cover like an article for a "Glitter Kitty Contest" and a "Unique or UFO?" headline.

she is credited on the single version. in fact, she is the lead artist. and the copyright says Parkwood before Cactus Jack (travis' imprint). She only isn't credited on his album, but none of the features are. so she had this released separately from the rest of the album for a reason.

Beyoncé has grown so much musically. It's beautiful to see. She taps everywhere, goes everywhere, experiments more and more, sometimes it doesn't exactly soar but it makes her grow so much.

The song is great. It's not exactly something that's accessible though, a bit too experimental. 

Her ability to stay current with current events. I know she’s boring as hell and watches CNN to relax that knee and foot when she gets to her hotel. 
 

Another day, another non-credited HIT. Hymn, Pink + White, and now this. The way her monthly listeners should be higher than it is.

not too much on Ren, i really get what you mean tho but Renaissance scratched every vocal itch for me, especially the godly harmonies (but i’m also in the "i love her vocals on lemonade" minority)

I mean he was 100% irresponsible for not doing more to stopping the show but I doubt anyone thinks he maliciously tried to get people killed or anything. Jay & 100s of other artists encouraged mosh Pits during their gigs... His behaviour was very typical of most rock/hiphop concerts & I doubt he knew the extent to which people were suffering just from the crowd surging. There definitely needs to be learnings from that incident though, but it's not the kind of controversy some of you are projecting it as

The way I was pissed last night that atrl shut down, I ran in here quick to rant and rave and theorize, only to be locked out. I guess it won’t matter since the hype will die down soon and we’ll be back to the Viola Davis gif in 1-2 business days

I had a feeling when the 3-album idea was announced, the first project would be the most commercial/likeable. Then dive into a more experimental phase. 

 

We can blame Travis for promoting reckless behaviour in his shows (though he's far from the only musician to do so), but it's very clear the media campaign against him was driven by Live Nation so they could wash their hands over how poorly they planned the event.
