I want this too, but I'm just ready for action with the era. And I've been one of those somewhat unfazed by the lack of visuals. 

 

On the surface, there's a definite benefit to the "treat em mean to keep em keen" thing with the lack of promo. Bey has mastered the age-old practice of "limit the supply, increase the demand". The tour hype IMO is directly attached to that. She successfully managed to "eventized" and commoditize her presence. 

 

We've also all definitely digested the material more than in any of the visually-driven eras of the last decade too. There's a science to what she's done.

 

But the thought of any more overt stretching out the era is exhausting. She literally CANNOT do the Act 1 rollout (or lack thereof).

 

I want three albums, but if an Act 2 album and Act 3 being the visual makes us get to the finish line quicker then I'm for it.

i liked renaissance as a title from the get go and the teasing was way more obvious, the title less on the nose and a blind duck could’ve predicted the album being called Renaissance.

 

the whole future/enlightenment stan nonsense is based on… a random song lyric (in that case RODEO has way better chances at becoming an album title) and a fashion designer saying the word future in an insta caption 

 

i’ll eat it up when i see it, until then where are the visuals ?

Hoping she debuts it at the end of the Met Gala, but I'm delusional like that. That'll never happen.

If anything I see her naming Act II "MODERN RODEO" or something along the lines. Mixing modernity and cowgirls

I understand her taking 40293029 months to release the visuals, because of the perfectionist she is. I get it. What I don't understand is why she couldn't have at LEAST released the BMS and Cuff It visuals? Couldn't she have released those videos without releasing the entire visual project?

She could have easily shot videos for BMS and Cuff It to release them properly on time and shoot entire new videos for them to fit the full film later on

The girls don’t understand it now, they’re too young. Whenever they try to pretend DC is seperate from Beyoncé i feel gaslighted. She MADE that group without her they would not have been as big as they were, she was already a household name 20 something years ago. She is the most talented it’s the reason we refer to things that are the best/most outstanding as “the Beyoncé of _______”

Bey is really the blueprint and a big reason rap singers like drake are prospering on a global scale and I don’t think she’s going to get credit for it until like 20 years from now. And people don’t get how rare it is for the star of a group to prosper on their own, there’s only like 5 artists i can think of that have managed to do it. Since she managed to break out of DC the only western artist that’s done it is maybe Harry styles?

Her approach to her music has been so weird lately (past decade).  For someone who states music is everything, she acts like she could gaf about it post release.  Doesnt make any sense and the unbothered persona is so dated.  If you are so unbothered about your own product, why should anyone else gaf.

 

Reason why IVP failed w Adidas and why act ii is going to break her #1 album streak. This seems to be Beyonces new goal though, so-

 

I still cant believe she managed to stall the momentum of this era so perfectly. Yes girl, give us nothing!
