 I don’t get it, there’s no performance, no video, no huge involvement on her part so why at least not release singles in a timely manner.

Just go ahead and release AS, Heated as fast as possible if the era is short.  Hell even just send POTS or VG to urban/RnB radio. Create classics.
They are very few songs that were not singles that are heavily remembered. 

Imagine if the next Acts are actually better than Act I. I would die since Ren is musically Bey's best album!

U know Bey is all about purpose and a full body of work experience. In her mind, Rennie has exceeded expectations: 2 proper hits, longevity, acclaim. She doesnt care about a single #3 or #4 but probably thinks its time for act 2 to make everyone aware this is a a full multi-album-era.

Lets see what happens, tho I wouldnt put it past her.

The only reason for Act II to be released this soon is if the film has songs from both Act I and II, which means Act II might come with the film after all

i wouldnt be surprised IF the delay was to shoot visuals for Act II.

 

think about it. we've seen that she's shot Act I based on the teaser, and the rumor was that she was doing "re-shoots," but what if said re-shoots were to film visuals for Act II and that's why she's been quiet and not around (because shes working).

 

Would also explain why Act II was delayed if it was truly supposed to be out in Q4.

yes, on the page before it someone said a source who predicted act i's release said its supposed to be out before the tour. another one the other day said it was initally supposed to drop late last year.

I remember it was the 2nd lowest streamed for too long so I’m curious how the numbers look now, it’s got to have over taken a few others by now.

It has over taken Move and Thique. It will over take Pure Honey tomorrow.

Visuals and announcement of act 2 with pre order would be perfect tbh. It would create serious hype. 

Act 1 visuals is gonna give glam couture and I feel like Act 2 is gonna be nature shots very minimalistic mostly because I convinced myself we’re getting a country album for Act 2 called rodeo

Didn’t some people working at that resort in Dubai say her people said the visuals was a full on two hour film? If so that makes sense why the delay she’s definitely shot visuals for both ACTS I & II and releasing them together.

Yes but everyone says this about every event though. She is too good for every chat show, award show etc. Then cry we get nothing.

I'll take a C.U.N.T.Y BRIT award photoshoot on instagram (& 15 second speech) over her going to the MET gala. at least it feels more directly aimed at us fans. 

 

But yeah it's true she's too good for most everything now. I need visuals, documentary/making of Renaissance, and an unforgettable tour. Tour movie to top it off. That's kind of what I imagine her doing promo would look like these days.
