she can’t just stand there on the renaissance tour

 

my guess is because she is putting together the reneigh tour at the same time as she was preparing this performance, she didn’t have enough time to do different choreo arrangements and also didn’t want to spoil whatever is happening on tour, hence the set list being mostly ballads + the occasion kind of calls for it

 

i imagine there’s a lot going on behind the scenes she must be tired lol

I'd say the Grammys are the truthteller, since she'll definitely perform renaissance there. This just doesn't seem like that kind of show

this show was basically intended to be a park and bark moment, she can still give a mean 8 count but the whole show was supposed to be elegant and grand especially with how huge that stage was. shes not gonna be standing while performing heated this summer that we know!

I clocked that BIK may be our new normal. Less all out dancing, but punching in for key moments (My Power, Already, Water). Lots of spectacle happening "around" her. As our girls age, this ish is kind of inevitable. I'll always commend Bey for doing it tastefully and in a way that most won't even notice. 

 

She does have to bring choreo for Ren Tour, as this ain't the album for chilling lol
