It’s more about the artist than the song, do you really thing everybody streamed EOM or this on the first day cause of the song themselves? It was about the artists 

everybody was hyped about a new Adele song, and Harry has a BIG fan base plus casual listeners, that’s why it’s smashing

They don't. They are just basing it off his partial day streams. Adele did 800k, he did 1.5mil. The difference is that he has a bigger fan base and she is more of a GP artist so he's gonna be more frontloaded

I mean I love him and the song but how from 4M debut lead single only 3 years ago to 25M streams!?!?!? I mean WTF it's not possible even though I heard some other insiders saying the same all day.

The way lights up flopped upon release and then this is smashing like this :dies: fine line did wonders for him
