Wait a lot of seconds! @Walk_Away21

On RS100 'Nightmare' and 'Mother's Godter' peaked at #2 and #9 respectively, we have to stan!  :dies:

Spoiler

Billboard >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

In all seriousness though, the only thing this maybe has going for it is that amazing layout! So well designed and easy to navigate. I especially like how they provide all the data for each album / single / artist and leave little to a chartster's imagination! Billboard should pull an Instagram stories and copy tbh.

agreed my problem is that the numbers for the RS chart are kind of mess and some are flat out wrong (ex: IDC 7.7M total when it did 7.1M streams on Spotify).

Billboard should but they won't

apple music?

I like that it says which states the song’s most popular in. Does Rolling Stone use Nielsen data though?

They use BuzzAngle I think?

Both YNTCD and ME! peaked at #1!

we stan

I know the metric is dying, but RS should've taken sales for its Top 100 at least somewhat into consideration as well. RS obviously has the information since it shows and uses singles sales data toward its Top 200 albums.

sales are used for the singles chart, they just don't show the count

what I meant is the total is over 10M, probably closer to 15M

Oh OK. I wonder why not? That would be good info to know. I think HDD rounds the totals to the nearest 100. Seeing those figures too would take away even more SS secrets closely guarded by BB.

I love that they don't use radio because it never make any sense that something people had no control over beyond record label execs was factored into what's popular, but this is just going to add confusion for a long time I feel like. If there are multiple charts for the same thing people will just use whatever favours them on a given day/week. Not that that matters for artists like Drake who are charting regardless of chart. ?

I wish Billboard had that data under every album though.

This! Even the Official UK Charts is more insightful then BB, BB literally tells you nothing.

It looks good but there should be artist pages so we can see individual peaks and stuff (or did I miss some sort of search function?)
