Every person, their parents and grand parents own the album. It can re-enter if maybe the album is exposed to the newer generations (playlists ) so atleast it could enter through streaming.

It’s been top 50 on iTunes for a few days plus streams I think it’s coming back next week. It’ll re enter when she announces her new album anyway just like 1989 etc

No, Urban still dominates paid too I believe. And that's just Spotify, Apple Music is completely dominated by Urban, and that's all paid streaming.

Not at all 

Urban music dominates Apple Music which is a 100% paid subscription streaming service and the leading audio streaming service in the US currently.

No. It’s more like programmed or more play listed songs are downplayed and organic streams are up played on this role because we all know free streams happens more in the first way. How today  urban music is popular and play listed heavily it will tend to lose importance on this rule, while others genres tend to gain.

How many free stream platform beside Youtube?

This is great. paid should have more weight than free

I would assume paid subscriptions correlate with full album listens vs free being more singles/playlist driven, so this is good for the album charts
