Tinashe’s material wasn’t good. She has all the makings, but her content just isn’t there.

How did HDD overestimate Tinashe so much  From 20k to less than 10k and missing the top 50 mess.

 

The fans really didn't pre-order the album after all.

Her album came out the week before Jason/Cardi/Tee, and her US promo is lined up for next week.

Eh, not really. Kylie was #1 in Australia and the UK and top 5 in most European Charts. Anastascia barely charts top 20 nowadays.

Anastacia's 2014 and 2015 album releases went top 10 in UK, but her 2017 album had terrible management

I feel bad for Tinashe, but she also never tours and that is how you build a stronger base. I'm pretty sure Kali Uchis' album did better . I mean it is fair because her album is so much better than T's, but you definitely think of T as having a bigger fan base.

She really became the female artist of the year. I thought it could be Camila.. She loves control might change somethings maybe though.

These numbers are good for her for all the circumstances. Small fanbase, no hits in years and few promotion. Those are decent numbers for Tin.
