In my opinion, she is THE pop star. She radiates joy and positivity, truly a beacon of light. Her performances and looks are incredibly stylish, and her singles discography is by far the best in pop music. There are so many fantastic tracks in her catalog. While she may be underrated in certain aspects, her remarkable endurance speaks volumes about the quality of her work. This is so true! The one and only Kylie!

I think a lot of her appeal is owed to creative direction and songwriting by Mylene Farmer and her composer, Laurent Boutonnat. Mylene is the biggest female pop artist to come out of France for a reason. Alizee was mentored by them for her first two albums (both massively successful).
