Nobody has been able to replicate what Gaga brings to the industry, even if they've tried or are inspired nobodies talent or commitment can rival hers. It's a big reason she's seen continued success and had peoples attention for the last 18 years, she's invaluable and irreplaceable. Same thing with Beyonce. She found her niche and no one does it quite like her.

Lowkey if Gaga released more frequently I think the quality would suffer and she'd follow a similar career trajectory as Miley. A+ celebrity with B tier music. What Gaga thrives on is creating CLASSICS and classics take time.

I don't want to lash Miley, I like her but this is exactly why she's so hit and miss. She doesn't commit fully to the part and that's one thing about Gaga even if she isn't the greatest dancer, she's damn sure gonna figure it the **** out, convince you that she is and deliver excellence, she's not gonna just give you a little 1-2 step

I don't think Miley is hated. I actually think she is beloved, she just follows a similar career trajectory to Cher where she is very hit or miss.

I got hyped and now I'm a bit disappointed. I think she's staying in her Something Beautiful bag, I don't see this doing much for her which is fine but her releases themselves always lack something, it's like almost there but not all the way.

Katy Rats are not very bright

Everything she does is calculated to the point where everything must be beneficial to her, even where she chooses to show kindness. She's obviously not doing **** cuz TS13 is going to be country coded and she needs those losers to line her pockets. A lot of her actions lead me to believe I won't say evil but not a good person.

Ridley is lowkey a mess. Liddos are honestly lucky House of Gucci grossed over 150M and wasn't entirely panned like most of his projects nowadays

I mean idk hopefully she'll exceed expectations but her eras just don't give the way they should, there kind of half assed and half baked and I feel like her trying to be a chameleon of different sounds ends up just feeling like she's wearing different sounds on for size rather than conquering any of them. I think she wants to be an artist at the calibre of a Beyonce or a Gaga but I don't think her musical knowledge, visuals, identity or commitment is anywhere near as strong. I love her and think she's a star but maybe it's the nepo baby in her, she's just not as hungry to ever have me fully compelled musically.

A lot of other artists that were doing Covid performances kind of sucked so I didn't necessarily want her to be doing that but if anyone was going to innovate during that time I thought it would be her, that said she didn't seem in a good head space and chose to dedicate her time to raising 130 million for Covid relief efforts instead which is admirable and she gave us the VMAs, 911 MV and promoting Chromatica Oreos from her bed.

Maybe she should mix more philanthropy into her downtime because quite frankly it does feel like she's always chasing a coin whenever she's not releasing music and she's already loaded. Maybe she does already but idk, world is feeling so dark nowadays and she used to be such a light and because of that I held her to a higher standard but now she feels more like Beyonce or Taylor in terms of her public presence which is shame, really only like her for her art now and can't really take much away from her personally which sucks for me to even say and I don't see the point in defending her when she dgaf.

It isn't "beneath" her but its unbeneficial for her for a multitude of reasons. Of course she doesn't need the promo but she also isn't a good performer, so she'd just be setting herself up for lashings. The "biggest" pop star right now is afraid to perform live and can't create the "eras" she speaks of. Hopefully she gets back to creating eras and that includes live performances because her **** is stale as hell. She gets away with being mediocre and to do Coachella she would have to step it the **** up.

She annoys me in her offseason just as much as the next person but genuinely what is the outrage for her performing at this specific wedding? Is the person evil or something? Or is it just because they are a billionaire?
