  1. -was the album good? -pitchfork says it is
  2. ever. this is the first deluxe probably that people thought to review. so it makes it the highest rated one
  3. it still being the highest rated deluxe release is such a kiii
  4. they also gave brat: 8.6 Lemonade: 8.5 21: 8.2 Ray of light: 8.1 folklore: 8.0 Addison: 8.0 Born to die: 7.7 Thriller: 7.2 so i wouldn't really trust them on having a consistent or trusteable ranking system.
  5. still too far from having the position Taylor is at, which was my reply about. good for her i guess, but Taylor's level of success doesn't come overnight and just because you want it lol. You have to actively work for it for two decades.
  6. as long as she is having meldowns over a pitchfork score rather than putting in the work to grow her fanbase - that is never happening.
  7. she wrote and put out ME! and Karma about the same person btw! sometimes you really have to wonder if perhaps that great muse was actually so boring that Taylor had to resort to writing great songs about fictional characters instead.
  8. she debuted later in life so had less time to shine in her prime (ageism) she debuted and peaked in the 80s when times were so much more harsher for women in music (sexism) her audience kept shifting from women to gays (probably least profitable audience) back-to-back unsucseful creative decisions (American life, MDNA, Madame X) while taylor: started in country and stayed there for 4 albums / 8 years (devoted and loyal fanbase with high purchase power) started at 16 and had her commercial peak at 25 (same as as madonna debuted) then 33 then who knows when i feel like they are different enough to not even be compared
  9. with the price of music being the same for everyone, it's like comparing McDonalds with ShakeShack or BurgerKing. makes everybody else besides Tay look far worse that way
  10. dan13 replied to Achilles.'s topic in Base
debut 20th year anniversary edition original tracks + rerecords + Crazier and You'll Always Find Your Way Back Home (Taylor's Version)
  11. the REAL lawsuit needs to be a restraining order against this girl because... it's getting weird.
  12. fork found in kitchen? you are on atrl dot net what else do you think people do here besides discuss pop culture
  13. they would never admit the existence of autoplay because it would expose the fradulence of a lot of "hits" from that year
  14. this is as good as a straight 42yo man is gonna look mama
  15. the dress IS cute i just think she doesnt have the body or the elegance to wear it #noshade
  16. MAGA by association only reserved for them, even when they've denounced them continously
  17. maybe brat was a fluke
  18. also people saying P!nk are delusional and don't realize the chokehold she has on middle aged women in America and Europe.
  19. only ones? aren't you forgetting a very particular blonde lady that debuted in 2006?
  20. there are 20 artists that released this week but somehow Taylor is the one not letting her have a normal rollout?
  21. "I enjoy listening to Billie Eilish"
  22. I LOOOOOVE how everyone can co-exist and release/announce music at the same time but Taylor is never allowed to do that.
  23. suddently everyone else can release music but her i like how her moving is making people scared
