She one of the few artists that could obviously go country with their sound, but for some reason she seems like she doesn't want to. I could see her doing a country album, it could be huge for her.

She tried at least once. She recorded one somewhere between 2010-2012 and I think she wasn't happy with it. Kelly and her former label released "Tie It Up" as the lead single and a couple of tracks leaked

she was supposed to in 2013. Tie It Up was supposed to be the lead. but then i think it flopped and she pivoted to Wrapped in Red instead lol

Well she said her label (RCA) told her she'd have to completely move from Pop if she wanted to do a full Country album, so she put it on pause because she didn't want to restrict herself like that.

God, i hate any country artist that's not dolly parton or progressive.

Smart move because "Tie it flops" is such a terrible song dear god. She didn't have anything better as lead? Who wrote it? Who set her up?
