Guerilla gardening is the act of planting seeds in unused areas in order to support nature and fight climate change in small ways, mainly done in cities or crowded areas. The idea is that when there are unused patches of land, people throw or plant seeds of low-maintenance plant types on these areas in order to allow something to grow. It's said to be really good for bees and butterflies, but the law frowns upon it pretty much everywhere globally. There are communities engaged in these activities.

Thought this meant hitting the weed pen aggressively which I don't recommend cause now I have CHS, which is incurable

I don't see a problem with this though as long as it's not like an invasive plant.
